I started my career in Mumbai, where I had the privilege of working at some of the city’s top establishments, including the prestigious Hyatt Regency and Leela Mumbai. I also gained valuable experience working at Iris’s House, which deepened my expertise in hospitality and Indian cuisine. When I moved to the USA, I began my journey at Dhaba Restaurant in New York, where I learned to adapt my skills to a new environment and connect with a diverse clientele.
Following this, I joined the acclaimed fine-dining Indian restaurant, Junoon, honing my craft in an elevated culinary setting. I then worked with Moghul Catering and Restaurant, known for its excellence in authentic Indian catering, and later at Tikka Masala Indian Fusion, where I explored creative and modern takes on traditional flavors. Each role has enriched my journey and strengthened my passion for bringing authentic Indian flavors to new audiences.
